Michele Sachar, Director at Grail Insights, will be speaking at IA Converge, December 10-11, 2019 in Los Angeles. IA Converge is a professional forum sponsored by Insights Association , that brings together experts in digital analytics, data science, consumer insights, and market research.
Sachar will be focusing on how skills traditionally used by strategy, insights, and business analytics groups can help finance and other support functions move from standard reporting to value-added insights generation. She’ll demonstrate how organizations can leverage data-backed insights by transforming their support functions into bonafide business partners. Grail Insights’ work with a global cosmetics company will serve as a case example for how to transform a finance group from a business support role to an insights CoE.

With over 15 years of experience, Michele leads the Strategy, Insights and Transformation initiatives for her clients in the United States. She began her career at Price Waterhouse as a strategy consultant in the field of Entertainment, Media and Communications, where she led projects such as market and capabilities assessments, strategic plans, and process improvement and redesign. She subsequently held positions at NBC in Quality and at Lifetime Television in New Media.
