EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION DISCLAIMER

Please note that any information about you that Grail Insights acquires or obtains during our recruiting process may be retained by us for purposes of considering your qualifications for employment. Where permitted by applicable law, this information may include a limited amount of information of a sensitive nature that is, information about your racial or ethnic origin, health and/or criminal record. Please understand that any information we obtain about you may be shared with a department or office located anywhere in the world where Grail Insights conducts business, and not just at the location where you may be applying for employment. If Grail Insights does not employ you, we may retain and use this information so as to be able to consider your qualifications later if a suitable position becomes available and, if appropriate, for future reference.

The personal information you supply on the local profile form will only be made available to the Grail Insights recruiters that are recruiting for that country and others in that country who may interview you. That personal information will not be made available to Grail Insights recruiters (or others) recruiting outside that country, unless you have consented or in accordance with local data privacy laws. Grail Insights will retain your personal information only for as long as it is needed, in accordance with the provisions of applicable law. As Grail Insights does business in many different countries, our processes may involve transfer and storage of your data to other countries in which Grail Insights operates where this is necessary to perform the needed business activity. Grail Insights has taken steps to ensure your personal data is protected, held and used securely and in accordance with data privacy laws.

With your permission and subject to the provisions of applicable law, we may verify your details or request information about you from other sources such as referees and Grail Insights personnel. Grail Insights will review the employment records of former Grail Insights employees as part of the recruitment process, where legally permissible.

Grail Insights does not accept unsolicited resumes from 3rd party recruitment agencies without a written agreement in place for permanent placements. Any resume or other candidate information submitted outside of established candidate submission guidelines (including through our website or via email to any Grail Insights employee) and without a written agreement otherwise will be deemed to be our sole property, and no fee will be paid should we hire the candidate.
