Deployment Consultant

We are looking for a passionate, tech-savvy and customer-oriented Deployment Consultant to help our enterprise customers deploy a proprietary SaaS project management platform. You will work directly with senior customer stakeholders to on-board new users/teams, deploy and explain the platform’s features, respond to questions, and roll out best practices. In this customer success role, you will hold the critical responsibility of understanding client objectives, building custom workflows, and making thoughtful recommendations to solve problems promptly and comprehensively.

  • Calls/meetings to on-board new customers on the platform
  • Understand customer needs and specific use case to suggest best-in-class project management methodologies, planning tools and collaboration workflows
  • Lead/conduct training sessions on phone, chat, video conference, etc.
  • Design and create appropriate process documentation for specific clients or workflows
  • Proactively maintain customer information and build custom reporting to track and identify customer progress
  • Undergraduate degree from a reputed university
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working directly with customers and senior stakeholders across business functions
  • Strong technical prowess and working knowledge of Salesforce/CRM
  • Strong understanding of various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
