Brand & Digital Designer

We’re looking for a creative, conceptual thinker who also has the digital skill set to bring ideas to life. A combination of skills required: graphic design, OLV production, UI design, web design and website maintenance (Wordpress), and HTML coding plus basic knowledge of PHP code, with the ability to do minor tweaks. Are you someone who looks at digital communication and immediately sees a difference between cohesive branding and a great user experience vs. a messy and unmemorable brand interaction? If so, we need your creative eye and digital skills.
You’ll need to have a point of view about the importance of design in the washed-out B2B world. You need to be the fierce guardian of our brand identity. You need portfolio proof of your creativity and solid skill set.


  • Ensure all communication materials across all platforms are visually unified and look amazing, from the website to social media, to PPT presentations, to free pens.
  • Ongoing maintenance and continual improvement of our Wordpress website. Improve upon the visual look and user experience  -- working closely with the Marketing team
  • Create cohesive digital marketing assets -- social media cards, email templates, landing pages, etc. Together with the marketing team, proactively identify opportunities to evolve and implement improvements to our digital presence and tell a better brand story
  • Evolve and improve upon brand guidelines and compliance (i.e. make it easy for everyone, from interns to c-levels to be good brand stewards.)
  • Basically, you’ll ensure a powerful and cohesive visual identity across all mediums
  • Present creative work with confidence and sound rationale.
  • Work with sales directors and researchers [i.e. non-creative types] to concept, iterate and deliver assets that are on message and on brand.
  • Collaborate with our Information Architecture team on data storytelling and infographics
  • Create assets for different mediums, including our website, printed event collateral, PPT, white papers, email and social media campaigns, newsletters
  • Establish UI guidelines for our website and share ideas for better user experience of our website and landing pages
  • Design HTML based content marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain an image library and icon library. Categorize images for easy selection by non-creative types. Keep PSD files organized.
  • Develop collateral for client presentations and recruiting events -- posters, flyers, leave-behinds, etc. -- that is on brand and looks awesome
  • VIDEO:
    • Establish a visual style for our brand and create online videos (create B2B videos, mainly explainer style, that are quick to produce and cost-efficient, and look great)
    • Identify the right digital tools for video creation.
    • Work with people who are not visual storytellers to concept and create powerful OLVs.
  • Help refine PowerPoint templating guidelines

  • Love what you do.


  • 3-6 years in digital design
  • A portfolio that shows that you know how to effectively carry a brand identity across digital and print formats. Include samples of online videos.
  • B2B experience either on the agency side or with a B2B company
  • Wordpress a must. Plus basic coding, UI, OLV experience
  • Strong grasp of Adobe Suite, especially XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects. Good to haves -- CorelDraw, LightRoom, Dreamweaver.
  • Mailchimp experience a plus.
