  •  Work with project teams and design analysis plan and most effective search strategies. Gather required information and filter relevant themes using a broad set of tools (e.g., subscription/client databases, the Internet, print media). Utilize inhouse and subscription secondary research sources and techniques.
  • Organize, analyse, synthesize and/or summarize data and information using appropriate analytical tools. Conduct quantitative (statistical analysis, financial data analysis, etc.) analysis as required.
  • Understand and assess existing client processes to identify and suggest improvement areas.
  • Communicate research results through structured end-products (memos, spreadsheets, reports, presentations, dashboards etc.). Cull out key insights from data and research findings.
  • Adhere to in-house and client established processes and deadlines.

  • Min. 6 months-1yr of experience, preferably in a process oriented role.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft office tools especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle and work with large data sets.
  • Working knowledge of dashboarding tools such as PowerBI / Tableau is a plus.
