COVID-19 sent millions of us into makeshift home offices. You may be one of them. Many of us have adapted well. We’ve discovered remote platforms that make our teams more productive, maybe even more collaborative and creative. Some of us have discovered that we like the short commute.
So what’s next? What will the Great Return look like for your colleagues, for your boss, for you? From the outside, we’ll likely see a staggered return to office operations, with fewer people in fewer offices, and phasing out "open office" formats for safer social distancing.

With so many variables, one thing is certain, when the world’s professional workforce actually returns in force, it will have been irrevocably changed by COVID-19 and the unplanned global WFH experiment it forced upon us all.
