The Role:

Grail Insights (now part of the Escalent family) is on a fast growth trajectory! And we’re looking for a savvy social media marketer with silver-tongued English and B2B experience to grow our company’s brand and engagement on social platforms. The ideal candidate has experience in managing corporate pages, boosting followers and engagement, and accelerating lead-gen efforts through varied tactics.

Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with the Marketing team, develop and implement social media strategies, campaigns and plans to build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Oversee day-to-day management. Manage and populate the social media calendar. Regularly post text, images, and rich media to build our presence and engagement. Use design templates to create social media visuals.
  • Collaborate with HR and D&I to promote the company culture on social. Write copy and create posts and campaigns for corporate culture and hiring initiatives
  • Promote social sharing internally and suggest copy for employees to use when sharing content.
  • Maximize reach with hashtag research and engaging in relevant professional groups and forums
  • Keep the brand engaged in topical conversations. Recommend trending topics and fresh ways for our brand to engage on social. Find opportunities for two-way conversations.
  • Coordinate with external PR agency on third-party posts to share across channels.
  • Partner with our Ad Manager on paid social campaigns and help track analytics.
  • Generate reports, analyze SM data, track employee sharing activity, and incorporate improvement strategies and ways to improve traffic
  • Keep up to date on B2B social media trends, tricks, and tools.
  • Participate on the social media components of a holistic ABM plan.

Candidate Profile:

  • 4-6 years of social media marketing experience in B2B (must)
  • Ability to write engaging social media content in the voice of the brand. (must)
  • Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or PR is highly desired. (must)
  • Knowledge of HubSpot or equivalent.
  • Ability to work flexibly with US time zones when required. (must)
  • Hands on with Excel (must)
  • LinkedIn paid campaigns experience is preferrable but not mandatory
