Sales Support Analyst

As a Sales Support Analyst, you’ll support sales teams in lead generation and sales operations. You’ll be joining a growing company and the role offers a growth path as part of a global sales team.

Responsibilities

Key Objective

As a Sales Support Analyst, you’ll support sales teams in lead generation and sales operations. You’ll be joining a growing company and the role offers a growth path as part of a global sales team.

Build an in-depth understanding of the business, support and find  ways to proactively add value.

Sales Operations / Sales Support 

  • Support new sales database development activity 
  • Generate Salesforce reports as requested (Sold, Pipeline)
  • Keep Salesforce contacts & leads up to date 
  • Salesforce Database clean-up  
  • Manage invoicing activities, coordinate with Sales, Finance &  Delivery team 
  • Liaise effectively with other units to drive process (Finance,  Infosec, Marketing)

Lead Generation 

  • Prospect for leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator 
  • Build lead lists using other lead generation platforms 
  • Track executive movement to new positions and organizations
  • Create lead profiles to aid sales teams in understanding their  targets 
  • Work with Marketing to deliver carefully curated lead lists for  outbound campaigns 
  •  Access government portals to check for government tenders that  your sales team can pursue

Sales Support Analyst

Skills/Experience:

  • 2-3 years of work experience, preferably in a sales  
  • Operations/Sales Support/Sales Analytics/Sales Coordination role
  • Experience in B2B, preferably in the research or consulting  business 
  • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM
  • Hands on with MS Excel (Advance) 
  • Strong business acumen 
  • Knowledge of GDPR guidelines preferred, but not mandatory

Educational Requirements

A Graduate or Post Graduate professional
