Responsibilities

The Role:

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to support our outbound and digital marketing campaigns. The role would sit at the center of outbound and digital marketing with dual reporting to the leads of Traffic Acquisition and Outbound Campaign. The Traffic Acquisition lead is in-charge of driving organic and sponsored campaigns globally whereas Outbound Campaign lead drives email marketing and demand-gen efforts. The ideal candidate has experience in researching/analyzing data, is well-versed with the campaign cycle, is agile, and has a passion for applying learnings..

Responsibilities

Outbound Campaign:

  • Join Grail’s outbound campaign lead to launch the email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn reach outs successfully.
  • Research and identify our target audience and their contact details leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other marketing tools.
  • Manage campaign database. As a part of that, regularly perform sanity check to ensure data hygiene and compliance with GDPR regulations
  • Work closely with campaign lead to action pre and post campaign launch deliverables.
  • Pre-campaign includes data generation, validation, and eliminating exclusions prior to the launch.
  • Post launch requires ability to action unsubscribes/DND in our CRM and Campaign tool. Generate campaign performance metrics.
  • Support demand-gen efforts leveraging personalized InMails in Navigator. You might need to weave in the intro email copy as a personalization token.

Digital Marketing:

  • Work closely with the Traffic Acquisition lead to implement off page SEO projects. You may also be involved in on-page projects as you grow into this role.
  • Identify and conduct link building exercise on sites that can generate referral traffic on our website and improve keyword rankings.
  • Regularly monitor SEO performance of our website and notify discrepancies
  • Contributes towards the PPC campaign. Learn and help us build and optimize ad campaigns.
  • Identify and liaise with Guest blogging platforms to increase brand outreach
  • Generate key campaign metrics using SEMrush.
  • Keep abreast of the latest Google algorithm updates
  • Other duties depending upon the experience and growth
