Responsibilities

Position Mission

Bolster the Global Shared Services Centre by upholding best-in-class talent sourcing practices globally, with a special focus on APAC region Position Objectives and Expectations

  • Develop and implement talent sourcing for key geographies (India, China, South Africa and Philippines)
  • Build a strong network of temp/ contractual agencies/ freelancers to supply talent at short notice during peak business periods
  • Maximize the impact of existing resources (i.e. career website, job postings)
  • Enable global mobility of talent by partnering with immigration agencies
  • Proactively scan the industry to discover and implement new tools, techniques and technologies in talent acquisition

Previous Experience Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in managing global recruitment with expertise in recruiting for APAC region
  • Exceptional ability in conducting deep web searches (Boolean, x-ray)
  • Experience in using innovative tools and techniques to automate talent sourcing
  • Proficiency in using APAC specific sourcing tools and social media
  • Extensive experience in head-hunting and tapping passive candidates (maintaining relationship, analysing social network activity etc.)
  • Experience in KPO / Consulting will be an added advantage

Educational Requirements
